Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Lulutox Australia Pty Ltd offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Lulutox Natural Herbal Tea, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund under our satisfaction guarantee:

• You must request your return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
• The product must have been purchased directly from Lulutox Australia (at herbaldailyau.today)

You do not need to return the product in order to qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, unless we specifically request this.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call +61 3 9001 0287 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST)
2. Provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for your return
3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process
4. If a physical return is required, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs

4. Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of approval
• The refund will be applied to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Original shipping fees ($7.95 for orders under 3 boxes) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, damage in transit, or our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please photograph the damaged product and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including any shipping costs paid

In the case of damage or defect, you are not required to return the product.

6. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not replace or limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

• A repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure with our goods
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Goods must be of acceptable quality — meaning safe, durable, free from defects, acceptable in appearance and finish, and fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened and consumed (except under our satisfaction guarantee)
• Products purchased from third-party retailers (you should contact the retailer directly)
